When you believe, God will be your best friend
When you believe, miracles will occur
When you believe, your heart will always mend

Without friends, life is a big tower
That does not have a steady foundation
Without friends, life is a small flower
Whose bud lacks sun and great restoration
Without friends, the journey of one�s life
Is so much longer to travel and walk
Without friends, life is like a dull knife
That can just cut our hearts that can not talk
Without friends, having fun is so hard
To do because life is a trek of great games
Without friends, there is no birthday card
From neither a handsome man or sweet dames

I have been in a spell of pure weakness
The last week because of my hard course work
Now, I am done with some sense filled with sweetness
And I will be not be called a school jerk
School has been spinning me like a spin top
That will not stop until a day of school
Without the teachers saying go and stop
I will always think scholars are so cool
I have been in a hurricane and back
This last week because of all the knowledge
I have learned which looks like a pancake stack
School is a reason to step from the ledge
And enjoy life because school makes a great confession
The strength of the mind is one�s greatest possession

Are under pressure to shoot the winner
It is like one of your dreams that come true
To me, it is like a prime rib dinner

As the last seconds of this year tick by
I sit here thinking of the year that we
Have had, it has been like a clear blue sky
This year made me feel so awesome and free
As time wanders like monarch butterflies
I wonder what is in store for me now
Will this year bring sickness or lemon pies
I just need to live my life and say "wow"
Because God has given me one more chance
To prove that I am indeed a great male
Who could have fun at both school and slow dance
In my life, there will be no word of fail
In this upcoming twelve months, I will do the best
To succeed in school, and try to ace every test
